How do I begin placing orders?

What is the cut off time for ordering?

For all orders placed online we have a 3pm cut-off for next day deliveries. We do offer same day delivery via phone ordering only.

Is there a delivery fee?

For all Sydney CBD deliveries there is no charge. Deliveries outside of the CBD may incur a small fee to cover tolls & expenses.

Is there a minimum fee charge?

Yes Mushroom Catering has a minimum of $90 for all orders.

How do I pay?

You can pay by cash, credit card, cheque or EFT.

Mushroom Catering accepts all major credit cards, except for Diners. Credit card payments will incur a merchant bank fee of 2%. Please note that payments are net 7 days. Invoices are generated at your selected delivery time & sent to you via email.

How can I modify my order?

Simply log into your account with your password to amend orders. Or by phone or emailing our friendly staff. Mushroom Catering will do its best facilitate changes made with short notice. Who do I call if I need help with a quote, menu, require custom food or serving quantities? You can either call our sales consultants directly on:

How do I cancel an order?

You can cancel an order yourself on your account, or by contacting us via phone or email. Mushroom Catering will accept cancellation of orders up to 24 hours for all office catering at no charge. For larger orders a 50% deposit may be required 7 days prior to delivery.

How do I know that my order has been received?

Once we receive your order online you will then receive a confirmation email. For all orders placed via phone or email the same applies. Once it has been confirmed on our system an email will be sent to you.
